Hyland, a global leader in providing software solutions for managing content, processes and cases, has announced a new reseller partnership with Australian process automation and document management services specialist CSC Technology. The partnership, which has now been formalised after six months of cooperation, will introduce Hyland’s OnBase enterprise information platform to CSC’s Technology’s solution offering, facilitating advanced and intuitive content management for new and existing customers.
“This is an important alliance for us in ANZ, as it provides us with a partner that is not only active in the document management space, but also one that is engaged in advanced automation of processes for their clients. This complements our technology portfolio very well, and we expect to tap into new markets to bring smart content services to CSC Technology’s wide customer base,” said Jamie Atherton, Country Manager at Hyland.
The partnership extends Hyland’s growing footprint in the Australian marketplace, reaching a broader target market of enterprise customers in need of solutions for complex problems in the document and information management space. The partnership will cover industries such as manufacturing, distribution, strata and facilities management, finance, construction, accounting and not-for-profit.
Commenting on the partnership, Bryan Murphy, Director at CSC Technology said: “CSC Technology's choice to partner with Hyland OnBase was a strategic one. Our clients have sophisticated requirements for document management and business process automation, and they want to be able to manage all of this across one platform. That's why we're excited to have partnered with the leading global content services platform to enhance our service offering for our clients. Add to that OnBase’s unrivalled system integration capability, and CSC Technology is exceptionally well positioned to support our clients across the next aggressive phase of our growth.”
