Tquila ANZ Named a Winner in the 2019 Best-of-the-Best Professional Services Organisation

Tquila joins an elite group of 18 Professional Services Organisations to receive this prestigious accolade. Globally, only 18 organisations were recognised across North America and Europe with Tquila ANZ the only one in the APAC region. SPI’s extensive annual survey, the PS Maturity™ Benchmark, recently released revealed that top performers are far more likely to deliver projects on-time to satisfied clients than average firms.

Sydney, March 25, 2019 -- Tquila ANZ is delighted to announce that SPI Research, the leading independent technology services research firm, has named Tquila ANZ amongst the 2019 Best-of-the-Best professional services organisations (PSO).

“The Best-of-the-Best are measured across five critical service performance dimensions: leadership, client relationships, human capital alignment, service execution, and finance and operations. This recognition is significant because it measures PSOs not only on bottom line financial results such as profit margins but also on a breadth of leadership metrics to reveal exceptional, holistic performance, and employee satisfaction and retention.

SPI’s extensive annual survey, the PS Maturity™ Benchmark, released by SPI revealed that top performers are far more likely to deliver projects on-time to satisfied clients than average firms. The Best-of-the-Best delivered 88.2% of their projects on time compared to 76.3% for average firms. This past year, the top 18 firms out of 622 organisations who participated in the survey, outperformed their peers and the benchmark average with not only more reference customers, but also significantly higher profits and superior revenue and headcount growth. The Best-of-the-Best grew revenues by 14.5% compared to 9.4% for average firms.

“Another achievement we are very proud of, is our FY18 growth of 71% YoY. Eighteen organisations were recognised globally across North America and Europe with Tquila ANZ being the only one in the APAC region,” concluded Jo Masters.
