Kentico Software, a fast-growing software company with offices in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and North America, today announced it has received a 2017 Top Rated badge for Content Management Systems. The badge comes from TrustRadius, a leading website where end users share real-world insights of business software through in-depth reviews and networking. This honour is rather distinctive because it represents the true voice of customers—based solely on how end users have rated the Kentico platform.
Scored 9.0 or Better in Five Key Areas
In its Content Management System TrustMap™ published in March, 2017—a visual depiction that ranks CMS products based on end-user satisfaction ratings and research frequency by prospective buyers—Kentico scored better than 9 out of 10 in five key areas:
Likelihood of recommending Kentico: 9.0 out of 10
Likelihood to renew Kentico: 9.9 out of 10
Usability: 9.0 out of 10
Support: 9.4 out of 10
Implementation: 10.0 out of 10
“All the Power, None of the Hassle”
Kentico also did very well in terms of verbatim comments, with end users reporting that “using this CMS is a breeze”, that it has become “our preferred tool of choice”, and “scales extremely well”. One user described Kentico as “a feature-rich tool at a great price point”, while another said they are “starting to replace even large projects that normally would warrant a ‘heavy duty’ CMS”.
“This is the second time in recent years that our customers have given us very high marks through the TrustRadius venue,” said Kentico Founder and CEO Petr Palas. “Of particular note is the fact that we scored a perfect 10 in the implementation category. That speaks volumes about the caliber of Kentico partners all around the globe.”
