Metrics: Canadian Concerns On Cyberterrorism

Just 42 per cent of Canadian CEOs say protecting their companies against cyberterrorism is of moderate concern, while 19 per cent said it was not a priority at all. Just 30 per cent of these CEOs said their security measures were effective. Nearly half (45 per cent) of the companies in the survey had been inflicted by a computer virus; 22 per cent were victims of computer theft and 20 per cent said their systems had been hacked.
