Kaseya Empowers MSP Customer Success with New Managed Service Resource Program (MSRP)

 • 14 February, 2008 09:36

New Kaseya emPower Program initiative unites industry leaders to offer MSPs education, marketing and sales assistance

Kaseya, a global provider of information technology (IT) automation software for IT solution providers and corporate IT organisations, today continued its commitment to ensuring the success of its managed service provider customers with the launching of its new Managed Service Resource Program (MSRP). The initiative will unite industry leaders to deliver results-driven education, marketing and sales programs targeted specifically to the unique needs of managed service providers.

Part of the "Marketing Toolkit" element of Kaseya's emPower Program, a comprehensive set of service offerings and support resources designed to ensure successful implementation of Kaseya's IT Automation Framework, the company developed the MSRP as a result of its ongoing efforts to "empower" its customers to exceed expectations and effectively transition their business to the managed services model. Kaseya and its MSRP allies will align their strengths through the MSRP in order to offer their mutual customers a comprehensive blueprint for success. Working together, they will collaborate on joint marketing initiatives, a series of informational webinars, joint case studies and more.

"The Kaseya Managed Service Resource Program promises to provide access to respected industry resources that can assist Kaseya MSP customers in transitioning, managing and growing their business," said Dan Shapero, senior vice president of marketing for Kaseya. "Augmenting the product training and instruction already provided by Kaseya through our emPower Program, the MSRP Partners bring a wealth of added value in sales and marketing, education, best practices and industry trends."

Kaseya's MSRP is open to resource partners who share the company's belief that partnering is a key success factor and where customers are the definitive beneficiaries. Initial MSRP Partners include Acumen Management Group, Ltd., a sales management consulting firm; MSP Alliance, The international Association of Managed Service Providers, MSP Partners, a vendor alliance an comprehensive source of MSP education, MSP University, which offers a comprehensive managed services training program; Small Business Rules!, a division of AXXIS Technology, creators of the Service Level Agreement Model; The Technology Marketing Toolkit, a step-by-step marketing system specifically designed for MSPs; and THINKstrategies, a strategic consulting firm that aids MSPs with their marketing strategies.

"For Small Business Rules! partnering with Kaseya is a natural extension of our business philosophy. The combination of an advanced Service Level Agreement as offered in our core product, SLAM, and the power of the Kaseya IT automation solution delivers the scalable and efficient solution that we advocate throughout SLA," said Mathew Dickerson, AXXIS Technology. "Trying to run a managed services business without an advanced automation tool is like trying to be a quarterback without the ball. Not even Tom Brady can win a game without the ball and you can't run an efficient Managed Services business without an advanced automation tool."

The new MSRP is just one of the many ways Kaseya helps its customers to build and strengthen their business through its emPower Program. In addition to the emPower Toolkit offering, which provides access to technical information, sales and marketing tools and industry knowledge resources, Kaseya's emPower Education and emPower Out-Tasking elements provide onsite and online programs around product education and business transformation, and assistance to help MSPs ensure uninterrupted service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
