Aprimo Announces Midmarket And Enterprise Application Integrations For Salesforce. com CRM Applications

<p>Aprimo Inc., the global leader in Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM), today announced planned integrations with Salesforce CRM applications for Aprimo Enterprise™, a leading Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM) suite, and Aprimo Professional™, an on-demand version tailored to departmental and mid-market Marketing Resource Management (MRM) needs.</p>
<p>Aprimo Enterprise’s integration with Salesforce will provide a connection between the campaign planning and execution capabilities of Aprimo to the sales prospecting and account management functionality within Salesforce SFA. This integration will allow Salesforce customers to develop and execute multi-channel, multi-wave communication plans that automatically and continuously generate leads to Salesforce without marketing effort. Aprimo generated leads can be assigned to the appropriate sales team member in Salesforce using a powerful rules engine that allows for optimal distribution. Aprimo Enterprise will help customers using Salesforce SFA automatically generate more timely leads for field sales teams, distributors, franchisees, and resellers.</p>
<p>The Aprimo Salesforce Adaptor will synchronise campaign, lead, contact, account, and opportunity data across systems. This integration will be highly configurable to each customer’s specific integration requirements or needs – no hard coded rules. The Aprimo Salesforce Adaptor will utilise Aprimo Enterprise’s service oriented architecture (SOA), the Enterprise Marketing Backbone™ (EMB). The EMB supports open extensible connectivity using web services to interact with Salesforce.</p>

<p>The integration between Aprimo Professional and Salesforce will bring together two on-demand applications that address departmental and mid-market needs for coordinating and communicating between the marketing and sales. Aprimo Professional provides MRM functionality for managing the campaign planning and operational processes such as production workflow, project management, financial management and digital asset management. The workflow between these products will allow the sales channel to submit activity requests to marketing as well as access the marketing calendar and marketing collateral directly from within the Salesforce interface. This capability will be available as standard functionality in the Aprimo Professional product.</p>
