In presenting the award, the Hon. Senator Stephen Conroy, Shadow Minister for Communications and Information Technology said, “This is an innovative approach to measuring quality of service for online customers.
Conroy adds “I’m delighted to present this award to Integrated Research - an Australian success story. This company has consistently delivered business-critical software products to international markets for 18 years. They have customers in more than 50 countries and generate over 97 per cent of their revenue outside of Australia. This new web monitoring solution is another fine example of this company’s ability to leverage its expertise in business critical technology. ”

Accepting the award for Integrated Research, John Dunne, product manager said, “Receiving this Consensus Award is a tremendous validation of our software development efforts. As Internet transactions have become increasingly business critical, we saw the significant global market opportunity and the ‘DNA’ matched our architectural expertise”.
