myPrimavera06: unlocking the secrets as to why projects succeed and fail

<p>With so many cases of costly project failures making newspaper headlines, businesses are increasingly feeling the pressure to deliver successful outcomes. A major industry event in Canberra on 4 – 6 April will show how to avoid the pitfalls of managing multiple large-scale projects.</p>
<p>Managing many projects at the same time, project portfolio management (PPM), has become common business practice for organisations across many industries. The way they deliver those projects can make or break a business’s reputation.</p>
