Vodacom Calls on Callidus Software TrueComp Solution for Enterprise Incentive Management

<p>SAN JOSE, Calif., February 14, 2006 — Callidus Software Inc. (NASDAQ: CALD), the industry leader in Enterprise Incentive Management (EIM), today announced that Vodacom, the leading cellular network operator in South Africa and one of the fastest-growing GSM networks in the world, selected the TrueComp® solution by Callidus Software to manage incentive compensation programs for its direct sales force and indirect sales channels. Under the terms of the agreement, Vodacom will be able to use the Callidus products TrueComp Manager, TrueInformation™ and TrueResolution® for its representatives in internal sales and retail sales as well as for third party dealerships in South Africa.</p>
