Sydney Wednesday August 24: Telecorp Limited, the highly successful, profitable, and fast growing Gold Coast based telco has announced plans to link its multi brand $10 million a month CardCall phone card operation to its recently launched GOtalk Broadband Voice VoIP Internet Phone service - the first time such a cheap phone card/VoIP combination will be available to Australian consumers.

Telecorp Limited is Australia's only telco currently offering both cheap pre and post paid phone cards AND a VoIP Internet Phone service.

The convergence will allow phone users to access phone rates 30 - 50% below the standard charges offered by Telstra and will put further pressure on the Australian telecommunications giant to launch its own VoIP service to counter the small but fast growing Internet phone and phone card market.

Steve Picton, former AAPT heavyweight and now CEO of fast growing Gold Coast based telco Telecorp Limited believes his company's $10 million a month cash flow domination of the youth/traveller/ethnic "net savy" phone card market will help him establish a profitable competitive presence in the low cost VoIP Net Phone sector before Telstra launches its promised service later this year.

Media interviews and GOtalk Broadband Voice review downloads can be arranged by contacting Terry Quinn on 0439 710 418 or going to www.gotalk.com.au
