Cardtronics CIO Garcia switches to security leadership role

Cardtronics' CIO Jerry Garcia has taken the position of Chief Information Security Officer, a move which, according to the company, "emphasizes commitment to information security."
Garcia has served as CIO of the retail ATM operator for nine years. Previously he has held positions with AllTel, First Union National Bank, and First USA, among other companies.
